Happy to have found this branch just as I needed it! The queue wasn't bad at all it moved fast. Staff were helpful and I'm glad the floors weren't slippery
Had an appointment to set up an account, walked right in and the lady in the front stopped me right away and told me next time to book your appointment online before coming assuming I was going to the teller. As I know thats their protocol due to covid, don't just assume. Second of all, I asked on the phone before the appointment if I need both individuals for the joint account, they said they'll get back to me but instead, I showed up for them to tell me, we need both individuals here so well do it next time. Also, they tried to make me sign up for other investing accounts instead. Luckily, I was there to pick up my credit card or this experience would've been absolutely useless...
I read all the negative reviews of this branch and was a bit leery of going there. But I made an appointment and everything went smoothly: I was greeted at the front exactly at my appt time. My advisor \Janel\ was friendly, professional, and resolved my issue promptly. I didn't have to deal with any of the tellers though.
