Good coffee...Good staff... It’s is one of my favorite spot to hang out with my friend and family. Staff is really nice all time. Has outside seating and free parking in the town center. I seen they following strictly all kind of safety protocols during this time. Mask is mandatory to entering in to outlet, if u don’t have it they will give you.

Not impressed at the Kerr location. Folks there is a PANDEMIC going. Look coffee is great however not at the expense of my health. NO POLICING MASK... SOCIA DISTANCING. WE got in when it we was slow. Sat in our car and witnessed your own PANDEMIC OCCURRING. I won't be back
There’s one employee there that has gotten my order wrong every time without fail. The older, skinny Asian woman, I’m not sure what her name is, but I ask for a cream base drink and she gives me a coffee based drink and when I ask her if it’s cream based, she says yes, even though it’s not. Super disappointed.
This Starbucks is located near the intersection of Kerr and 54th. It has been set up for in-restaurant pickup and limited seating since reopening after Covid-19. The staff is very helpful and kind, but at times the number of mobile orders means that walk in orders may take longer than expected.
Today I had a hot chocolate there, and I got something for lunch in other place but here the guys gave me a fork and turned on the heater since I was having my lunch on one of the tables outside, it was very kind from them!!
