I am so disgusted. My remote stopped working. 3 Hours and 3 people. One is sending me a new remote then hung up. second told me to speak to the building owner.. then hung up. Now I await a call from someone who knows more then how to print there name in crayon. Shaw is included in my rent. My next call is to Telus. Absolutely horrible. Disgusting. Terrible. Update. I spoke to billing this time and was transferred to Carmen in support, She was a delight. An agent is coming out here tomorrow to fix this. It only took 5 hours on the phone. HINT- press the button for purchasing more services and ask them to transfer you, I finally got help this way....Good luck!

My family and I had a nightmarish experience with the customer service agents at Shaw. It was almost impossible to speak to a supervisor even though they promised a callback within a certain time period. The agents also gave false and conflicting information and we couldn't resolve this issue for almost 3 weeks. We had to call daily to even speak to a supervisor (Kim) who was very rude and unhelpful. The promises made by the customer service agents were all fake and the supervisors were skirting our calls. The only saving grace throughout all this was a customer service agent called Anthony, who is located in Vancouver. He was very helpful and patient with us while also giving us very sound advice. We're also extremely grateful to Deanne ID: VG90 who works at the Shaw downtown location. She was extremely patient, kind, and understanding and she helped us through the extremely stressful situation with Shaw. In our experience, Anthony and Deanne represents the gold standard of customer service.

staff were quick to serve. friendly. their knowledge about 4g bands was limited and a little confusing. but I did manage to set up new service in less than 20 minutes.

WE just tried to return & exchange cable box, Customer service Rep, said they refuse to take custody of their Electronic waste, told Us to put into a Compostable garbage can, that their equipment was to DIRTY for SHAW COMMUNICATION to accept their used equipment, & she, didn't CARE where we disposed of the waste. 9
