I'm very pleased with the service I got today....when the representative I expected to deal with wasn't available, he arranged for his manager to meet with me ahead of time. I really appreciated that they made sure I was taken good care of!

One of the representatives really needs to be more professional. They didn't seem serious at all, acting like an immature undergrad, when I was there to resolve an urgent issue. I am very unhappy with my experience here at this branch. The manager really needs to educate their staff better, and the particular representative needs to learn that their attitude is very unprofessional and irritating. There are ways in which you can be both friendly and professional, but this one lacks professionalism.

They have terrible online costumer service. I spent over one hour in line on phone just to reopen my online banking, witch they closed because they thought it was suspicious that I payed my rent with e-transfer.... Also their online banking is very old fashion, and not very user friendly. Would recommend opening an account somewhere else.

Unprofessional and the tellers are really slow. I wouldn't recommend opening an account here. RBC has a new branch at the nest and they have a better customer service and their online banking is much more advanced.
