Oh!!! Why didn't I check the reviews for this place before I went there... They ruined my 2 brand new sweater dresses. One is from PUMA and the other one is from Tommy Hilfiger. I was looking for specific colors like (pudra pink and fucsia) and the style for quite a while. I wanted to make nursing dresses from them. It is one of the easier jobs to install zippers 2 on each side. I couldn believe what I saw when I came to pick them up They just sewed on the invisible zippers \ON TOP OF MY DRESSES\. Thank God they forgot or whatever to cut the fabric..WHAT???? I really hope to find someone who will help me fix this. I am so exhausted right now and don't have energy to go to consumer protection office because I am staying at home with my 2 kids otherwise I would. You should close down your store! No one said sorry!! AND the person who talked to me wanted me to pay for them. She didn't want to give them to me. Luckily someone came by to the store so she was not that assertive anymore because I had a witness of the BS that was going on. I took them and left.
I recently moved to this neighbourhood, and was looking for a new dry cleaner. I loved their service. They were so helpful and sweet. I had a big stain on one of my dresses, and they got it out for me. I would definitely recommend this place.
I brought 4 coats to get dry cleaned on 22nd December, and I needed them for Christmas Eve. So they agreed on dry cleaning it in 2 days for me. I was really busy that day, so I couldn’t pick up my stuff, so they delivered it to my apartment. They were so helpful and their service was so fast. I would definitely recommend this place.
If i could give them ZERO, I would. I've lived across the street from them for 10 years, and every few years I give them another shot. EVERY time, it's disappointing. something as simple as cleaning a shirt is a let down EVERY time. it's the one thing this neighbourhood is missing. a GOOD dry cleaner. So, if you're in the business, feel free to move into 12th and main, I know there will be plenty of folks lined up. As long as you can do the very minimum, you'll be laughing. Until then. Steer clear of these guys. Don't buy their groupons, even that mean paying too much since you have to still take your items elsewhere for cleaning. Update: I returned to the store to show them the articles that were still dirty (neck and cuffs). They offered to reprocess the items at no charge and were very pleasant about the whole thing. Just wish I didn't need to ask to have my clothes cleaned when I take them to a dry cleaner... Update: my \uncleanable\ necklines and cuffs all came back clean! Amazing since they were scrubbed so hard the first time (insert eye roll). My best guess is when they see the groupon, they basically toss your stuff in the dryer with a bounce sheet and iron it. Which I could easily do at home... AVOID THIS PLACE!!! there is a Great dry cleaner in olympic village. Drive the extra distance.
