John & Kevin provide great service and are very honest! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! It’s also worth noting that they have the cutest customer greeter in the form of Carl the Boxer.
John and his crew are simply amazing. From the first moment speaking with John on the phone, to the discussion of prices, which were precise and not estimated...the entire experience was perfect. Came for the reviews, wasn't disappointed at all so I'm leaving mine! I came to John with my Honda Accord 2004 which needed a TON of repairs and maintenance. I knew it would cost me and John was really straight forward about it, I really appreciated his candor. When I decided to go with it anyway, he worked extremely hard to reduce the costs and I ended up with a car that works better than ever at a very reasonable price. The follow-up after I picked it up was also very appreciated. Overall, an extremely pro and courteous person who keep his word. This place will definitely be my go-to from now one!
John was an absolute pleasure to deal with. S&M only conducted works that were approved by myself first, and only did those that I requested. John even pre-warned of a potential issue that could arise based on past experiences, but would call if additional works were required, luckily no issues arose. Would recommend and will be returning!! Thank you!
