I was experiencing anxiety that had been affecting my life so much that I became unable to drive. Arden not only helped me with releasing the anxiety but also gave me some very valuable tools to use to help me work with it on my own. I have been practising them and sure enough my anxiety has dwindled down to the point where I would now rate it at a 1 out of 10, it's barely there! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Not only am I driving again, but I feel I have my life back, I feel way more in control. I have such gratitude for what you gave back to me and that is my freedom, my independence and my happiness.

Kira has an exceptional knowledge of what is needed to create wellness and happiness in your life. She is able to approach your journey to wellness from a nutritional as well as psychological viewpoint. I have worked with Kira for several months and have found her to be knowledgeable, non-judgemental and caring. With her support I was able to reach goals I would not have on my own. Cary was Awesome!! Super calm facility, energy and people. She helped me with my shoulder with acupuncture and it's feeling so much better. She got rid of my dull pain.

Thank you Arden, your quick response to my issue. I had an accident causing a shoulder injury, your treatment had reduced my pain from intolerable to manageable with just one quick treatment. Your quick 15min. treatment gave me tremendous relief and your tips left me with some tools to help with my recovery. My mobility the following day has improved along with the pain. I look forward to our next treatment to help with my quick recovery. It was so reassuring to know that there are alternatives to drugs in pain management.
