One of my children made texts to a U.S. number just 10km south of the boarder. I was unaware that this was an additional fee. 250 later on the next billing cycle I discovered the charges. Rogers answer... if I only had the additional service that is 1 each month I would not have been charged the 250. I have been a customer for 10 years but thanks for looking out for me Rogers.
Not helpful staff not only in the branch but also on the phone. Previously there were much better. It got me thinking of leaving Rogers.
I was very fortunate to be referred to John Clark at the Rogers store located at Robson and Seymour in Vancouver. John provided me with the best customer service experience I have ever had (100%). The store manager and other sales representatives helped out when need too. I was hesitant to switch to Rogers after being with another service provider, but John made it well worth it. I strongly recommend that you consult with John and his team for all of your mobile needs.
