My car broke down all of a sudden. I had to rent a car immediately due to an urgent appointment I had at Sunset. When I visited this place they didn’t have any cars, but they went all the way contacting other branches and somehow managed to get me a car ASAP. Thanks to the staff for helping me out. Try renting your car here, I’m sure they’ll provide a very satisfactory service.

They have all that you may expect from a car rental company. Clean cars, great customer service, and reasonable prices. No problem at all during our holiday. I will definitely rent from them again!

Unprofessional customer service! I decided to rent a vehicle from them for two days because on their website they were open to N drivers as well as people without credit cards. I was open to paying a fee for having an N as well as paying a larger deposit for the vehicle through visa debit or any other way. I received an email saying the car I wanted wasn't available those days so I called in and they asked for my information and upon learning I had my N and was planning on putting a deposit through debit, the person on the phone kept repeating no we do not accept your car reservation and he hung up on me after I asked to speak with a manager to clarify. I called again and the next person was more helpful and said he would call back and he never did. I was never rude, nor raised my voice or anything. Expected better, but they don't seem to care in the slightest.

Service and car was ok. Check for damages before taking the car to avoid any charge. We found a few damages not reported. Other that this good.
