The WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST strata service I ever had. We live in Block 100. Ever since we got this property and moved here, we started to receive non-stopping warning letters regarding noise complain. There was one time I can prove that I wasn’t even at home. I talked to my neighbors and they said they are bothering by the same thing. And we couldn’t hear any noise from our level but the strata just won’t dispute the letter properly. The person I talked to is JOANNE PURSER. She’s rude, arrogant and unprofessional. She sometimes doesn’t reply to my email even though it’s regarding important matters. And NONE of the companies they can provide with solid proofs to support why they decide to fine. I was asking if we can receive some emails for the important notices. And Joanne claimed that she never heard any strata company can send emails to the owners, which is not true. Every single time when I ask why the fines regarding the same reason are in different amount, they never had a answer to that. If you have the same issue. Definitely go defend for your rights. You should not be responsible for something you didn’t do. They are making profits from us. Also they r not being responsible to the strata fee we pay. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE.

Never pick up the phone, terrible experience with Cherie Shea. She got wrong with the floor, so I have to spent one month to dispute the fine. Besides, I lost my bicycle in apartment locker recently. I already called the RCMP and got a case number. I provided my case number to her and wish she can contact RCMP to provide surveillance video. She didn’t care about this, didn’t feel sorry for their management. The only thing she can do is asking me to call RCMP again, and provide her contact information to RCMP. Why don’t you just call RCMP directly? You never pick up the phone! What’s the purpose I provide your contact information to RCMP? It’s been a month, good job.

I am very satisfied with service of Nicholas Huang. I could have a good starting point due to Nicholas. I strongly recommend to work with Nicholas if you don't want to get stressful due to rent which is one of the huge money spending activity in our life.

This is the worst property management company you'll experience in your entire life. The managers are rude and will pick on you for anything. It is their enjoyment to make your life miserable. If you know you're renting from this property, don't sign any contract with them. The 5 star reviews are probably done by the people from their own company to improve their Google rating. This management company will take your money, don't help you, and make your life like hell. Stay away from it! The reason it is getting one star is because I have to write a review.
