They have made the parking a paid one. Even though there is a lot of open space for parking but it's really a bummer that we can't park for free anymore.

Other reviews will tell you this is just typical parking lot. This is not true. As the name describes, this parking lot is also a reservoir. Beneath the parking lot surface is the Little Mountain Reservoir. It was built in 1911 and is now an earthquake resistant reservoir that holds approximately 175 million litres of water that serves as an emergency water source for the region in case of natural disasters. The more you know!
