Extremely happy with the product and outcome after choosing to use Protec. I made the decision to use Protec for my dental work as they were better priced than competitive options. I can assure anybody reading this there is zero concern that you get less product when working with Protec. Having gone through the process of straightening my teeth I don't see why anybody would pay double for competitive products. I highly recommend Protec and they were very timely along the process to ensure the aligners were always fitting as they should and adjusting along the way as needed.

My dentist used this lab for my maxillary night guard. It cracked (down the middle) just outside the (inadequate) 6 month warranty. My original night guard, from a different lab, is over 4 years old with no cracks whatsoever. My dentist called and they refused to budge on warranty. I called them directly and was stone-walled; they refuse to deal with the end user. I would recommend that anyone needing a night guard ensure that their dentist uses ANOTHER laboratory, one that stands behind their product and makes an insert that lasts more than 7 months.

Carrie the receptionist gives the worst customer service. I do not recommend this company. I would give 0 stars if that was an option, Horrible receptionist service.
