Had a wonderful experience whale watching. Excellent customer service. Relaxing boat ride. Safe, spaced out seating, mandatory mask rule. Clean seating area with large windows downstairs. Spacious open air upstairs on boat. Free hot chocolate and coffee. Bathrooms available on boat. You can bring your own food. Price was ok, approx 320 for 2 people. We saw seals and a family of killer whales. This was very exciting however due to environmental and safety measures, the boat must remain 200 meters from whales and seals. Unless you have binoculars or a good quality camera that can zoom, you're seeing the whales from afar.

Friendly staffs, very knowledgeable tour guides and wildlife experts. We spent full 5 hours of enjoyable whale spotting and saw humpbacks just in front of us. The ferry itself was well equipped, simple hot drinks were served, plenty of seats during covid-19 pandemic so the experience was really good. We didn't have to squeeze for a place to take photos. Eco-friendly and ethical voyage conducted by the captain, didn't chase the wildlife or rush toward them. Credit to the crew members!

We had today great day, we saw many orcas, many of seals and sea lions, and on the way home we saw a humber whale, really big. We are very satisfied, the crew was awesome, they are very knowledgeable and they shared many interesting facts with us. My kids were sooo happy. Definitely I am recommending to go to see whales with this company, it worth the money and time.

An absolutely phenomenal experience! We had an amazing mid day tour. They were very professional and courteous. We were able to have a fantastic close view of several whales and sea lions. Their guarantee is also excellent and they will give you free repeat tours till you see whales. I highly recommend them. Your money and time will be will spent! First time whale watching was an awesome experience. Captain Malcom piloted the boat with great expertise. Postioned the both to give us excellent views while giving maximum respect to the whales. First mate Sandy had the boat running in tip top shape while making sure Covid protocols were maintained. Marine interpreters Wilma and Stu were very knowledgeable and very energetic. They kept us well informed and entertained the entire trip. They taught us how to identify the animals we saw and explained their behavior. Saw Humpbacks breach, even 2 at a time,(very rare according to Stu) the experience was so overwhelming I forgot to snap pictures. Whales came so close we could smell their breath, rotten fish if your interested. Also saw 2 pods of transit Orcas. We got to see them hunt prey twice (also very rare). Finished off with seals and both types of Sea lions. The boat was super nice, the crew fantastic and the whales were awesome. I will definitely be back and hope to book with the same crew.

The company delivers a very enjoyable experience with helpful friendly staff all at a very reasonable cost. Me and a buddy went out for 5 hours and unfortunately we did not see any whales, but they have a lifetime guarantee so we'll definitely be going out again for free. We did however see seals and bald eagles. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of the boat ride.

Amazing experience!! Worth every penny; our first trip out we had a rare no whale sighting but with their guarantee we got to enjoy a second tour for (10). We enjoyed 4-5 humpbacks, diving and breaching for us, breathtaking experience. Highly recommend. Great crew!!

Very nice tour, went in November, around 180 per person, no food nor snacks but can purchase chips, 4hr tour, did see whales, seals, and bald eagles. Take some snacks or you will be hungry. Take a camera for nice pic ops.
