I had a very bad experience with this company. They managed the customer service and communication for the developer Westone Group and the whole experience was very bad dealing with the building Evolve in Surrey. Rude personnel and poor customer service. Especially Karen Hoff. The developer is to blame for many things of course but the staff didn't make the effort to help during the construction process and as soon as they had the chance they just cut us off and the owners didn't know to whom address the issues. Very frustrating experience!
