not enough stars! Geoff (the owner) is absolutely incredible as a human and makes me want to continue supporting him. During the plandemic, it came to light that bill gates and his father are on the board of directors of Costco and costco is very aggressive with masks, but I am unable to wear one, due to my disability. I thought it would be a fantastic opportunity to move my buying power to a small, local business in show of support. Both months I got refills from Geoff's pharmacy, he seemed non-judgmental and knew that I had a disability so did not try to harm me. Geoff does outstanding work and his service is completely mind-blowing. I work in the film industry and one time I had an emergency when I was unable to go during normal business hours since I am out of the city a lot. he went all the way to the pharmacy one Sunday evening, just so that I can get my important medication and function properly at work. it was wonderful that he did this even though he was not technically open. I didn't ask him, so the very fact he offered was brilliant. he has a great intuition and is very much in touch with the universe. this leadership is incredible and makes me want all my friends to go to this pharmacy and support humble people like him instead of billionaire people like bill gates. I also like that Geoff will do stuff via email since I do much of my business via email anyway. he also does curb-side pickup. he's a super chill, flexible gentleman. Thank you for everything, sir!

Very friendly staff at this pharmacy in a great location beside Sun Sui Wah seafood restaurant in Vancouver.
I was honestly surprised by the glowing reviews for this pharmacy, because I've never really had an amazing experience at a pharmacy before. After my first experience here, that has changed. Geoff wowed me with his professionalism and organization while helping me to transfer my prescriptions from out of province, and then went above and beyond to send me info about how to obtain healthcare in BC as a non-resident. Not only did he do his job excellently, but he went out of his way to make sure that I felt safe and able to access healthcare during this stressful time. I wish more people were this committed to what they do. Our world would be a better place.
Jeffrey the pharmacist is amazing, was having a problem renewing one of my prescriptions and Jeffrey took over and low and behold my renewals were ready ;*) thanks Jeffrey. Clean store, excellent customer service, if its not in stock? No worries, Jeffrey will order not in stock products for regular customers as well as new products.
One of the best and caring people I know! They have everything you need from medication to mailing boxes! Super kind and understanding with your needs( I totally 12/10 recommend! Love this place and always a go to! :) Very pleased with my visit
