STAY AWAY! A manager named V. Prykhodko professional at filing disputes with fraudulent information then concealing the process in order to collect outrageous fees based on fraudulent information. Ripping off renters on moving-out is a well established business practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EVIL AND CORRUPT COMPANY!!! THE HOUSING STRATA IS AIDING THEM AS WELL WITH THIER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES.

We are a tenant at 1166 and are extremely happy with their services. The maintenance and management team are easy to deal with and very responsive to our needs. A request to have brighter lights and sound proofing was completed right away as with any requests we have had so far. The building itself is very clean and well maintained and the location is awesome.
