I would not buy into Marine Gateway if my life depended on it. These guys appoint their own subsidiary as the strata management company. PCI appoints Warrington PCI. The strata management company is responsible to enforce the warranty and ensure the builders fix their warranty deficiences. PCI is in a total conflict of interest. Can you believe this sham?

They are a very irresponsible construction company ! They are shaking the next building and also the wall hard rocks fell into the lobby. More problem with their construction noise and no one is in charging to improve this situation.
