PBC was amazing to work with. Rob decreased my company’s phone by by about 30% in one call with Telus. I also now have MORE services for LESS cost. I couldn’t recommend PBC Communications more. As well, Rob took time to review the next few invoices to ensure that I was getting what he had negotiated for us. But there’s more... when I was having trouble logging in and reviewing my bills online, he personally walked me through the process step by step. I am confident that I am SAVING more , WORRYING less about overages and extra charges, and CONFIDENT that I have a superstar negotiator if problems arise in future. I’d give 10 stars rather than 5 if it were allowed. THANK YOU

How could you not want to work with PBC! The phone industry is notoriously confusing, non-transparent and challenging to get clarity. As well, phone companies have a long history of over charging their clients (us). So the Service and expertise that PBC offers, where they come in at no risk or cost to you and your business and audit your phone bills, is a no brainer. If they find anything, which they most surely will, you benefit. Straight up, no risk I highly recommend you call PBC today, especially if your organization has large phone bills.
