We have used Parcel Pal a few times prior to COVID and so far their service for our customers delivery from our Mia Melon Flagship store that was previously in Gastown, Vancouver has been excellent! Going forward we are re-connecting with them as a local brand and will be starting to implement their fantastic delivery service for those who can't make it down to our new Flagship store opening in October on Main Street! We highly recommend them!

This place will be the best courier company in BC, if not all of Canada. They are growing quickly and have made sweeping changes to how the company is managed and operates for the better. Very accommodating to their clients and couriers. Keep your eyes on Parcel Pal, they will take over the industry.
