greatest building to live in. creative community. social environment if you choose. pet friendly. and thanks to generous donors, many residents receive private rent susidies. central location. close to Stanley Park and seawall and within walking distance of down town.

A theatre space on the 8th or 10th floor of this condominum building with a lovely patio garden. The stage space is small and intimate but it's a treat to go see a play and spend a few minutes with a drink outside in the garden during intermission.
