Alex is amazing. I highly recommend him as a property manager. He is professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Alex knows what he is doing and he is fair. He even periodically gets in touch with the tenants to make sure that everything is fine with the rental.

If you are a landlord, this is the wrong company. They are competent at taking rent and paying it out 2 weeks later. Apparently, anything like answering the phone or handling issues is outside of their scope of responsibilities. But again, good at taking your money.
