I have been using the Pacey Cuff since my prostatectomy operation 5 years ago. The Pacey Cuff design, which is comfortable to wear, eliminates leakage and provides ample time to properly void your bladder when you feel the urge. It provides control and confidence to individuals who have under gone surgical removal of their prostate. I accidentally broke the front holding tab on one of my Pacey Cuffs and Pacey Cuff promptly replaced it at no charge. Most recently I had to call Pacey Cuff on a Saturday as we were preparing for our Florida trip and I neglected to order a backup Pacey Cuff. Nadine at Pacey Cuff looked after my order and expedited it on her own time on a Saturday, in order to have it arrive at my home prior to my trip. Their customer service is exceptional, and you will not be disappointed.
