Dr. Conn is AMAZING! You hear so many bad things about root canals and Dr. Conn has me loving them! He is very professional and the service from him and his team is outstanding. The procedure was quicker than I thought it would be and it was borderline painless. I don't love getting anaesthetized but Dr. Conn has a gift! I kept waiting for the pinching feeling but it never happened, and before I knew it I was frozen. And once the procedure was done I had no problems at all. I'm not hoping for another root canal but if I need one I'm, without a shadow of a doubt, going to Dr. Conn again.”

I had several root canal procedures with Dr. Jason Conn a few years ago after a traumatic injury. The ladies on the staff that helped me were all amazing and friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Conn was mostly good as well. Clearly knowledgeable, but I'll share this part of my experience -- My accident left me with severe PTSD and anxiety, even writing about anything surrounding my accident is still a little difficult for me. I was given Valium (which I'm inexperienced with) in consideration of this, but I did not react well to it and became a bit uncooperative during that particular appointment. For that, I am very sorry, but I don't think it gives Dr. Conn the right to chastise me every appointment after that by saying things like \I do this to 8-year-olds all the time and they don't bat an eye.\ Bear in mind that this accident was so bad that someone literally even touching my teeth at this point would cause me to cry, so being awake for 8 different root canal procedures was horrifying...I had nightmares for months. Apologies that my PTSD annoyed you, Dr. Conn, but that's no reason to belittle me and make me feel like something is wrong with me by comparing me to an 8 year old that hasn't broken their entire face and spent months alone in an unfamiliar city trying to recover while mentally reliving the trauma every single day. I would recommend Dr. Conn and his staff to others, but I hope they take the time to read these reviews and share them with him so he can maybe exercise a little more empathy in the future.

I'm not sure what went wrong but I had a bad experience at this clinic with Dr Jason Conn. My gums were very inflamed after the procedure for a long time. When I called after a week they gave me antibiotic over the phone. I came back 2 months after the procedure, after a temporary crown my dentist put since I wanted to ensure the procedure was successful and he blamed the pain on the temporary crown. I was very poorly treated. Saying it's the gums and not the tooth and there is nothing wrong with the root canal. He performed an X-RAY. He later gave a referral to my dentist that he thinks I'm grinding my teeth. When I never heard that! And all my other teeth are very healthy! He said I need to check the inflammation with her and there's nothing he can do. Very disappointing. When something clearly went wrong after the root canal as I didn't have that pain and inflammation before. No responsibility taken what so ever. I'm worried I'll loose my tooth

Got a root canal done at this place and the service I received was outstanding. Firstly, Julianne was so helpful via emails. She will get back to me promptly with all the requests. Then on the day it was Dr. Eleni who performed the root canal. She took her time and did the best. Then the day after she followed up on how I was feeling and also get me some antibiotics to take with me on vacation which was a week after the root canal. Definitely recommend this place

I required two root canals in adjacent teeth. One involved a perforation repair. Received excellent service from Dr. Irinakis and her assistant, Gabe. Recommend.
