Called Nelcan for a bunch of different electrical problems that had added up. Turned out about half of them weren’t as serious as expected. The tech showed me how to deal with them myself and didn’t “fix” things that weren’t broken. They are an honest company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We were looking for an electrician to help us with some minor electrical improvements to our condo, and found out about Nelcan through online research. We couldn’t have been happier with their top-notch quality of service. We found the online platform they use to manage requests, quotes, and appointments very intuitive and easy to use. Mitsuko, who helped build us the quote, and schedule appointments, was very responsive and provided detailed answers to our questions. The two electricians who came out, Eric and James, and both were very professional and knowledgeable. After a slight miscommunication in appointment timing, Nelson, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules. To top it off, the work was completed at a great price. We strongly recommend Nelcan to anyone looking for electrical services in the Lower Mainland, and will definitely hire Nelcan for any future projects.
