I first came across Nathalie while my wife and I were researching Bernie Clarke’s Yin yoga training In Vancouver and we thought we would do the June Yin course and then Nathalie’s meditation course the following week .... then along came Covid 19 .... Thankfully i have been able to do both online and i am still working with Nathalie. I had reached an impasse or blockage of some kind in my mediation, it was not as fulfilling as it once had been having become perhaps too technical. Nathalie is exceptional in her ability to guide without directing, to adjust without explicit hard correction. She has been flexible in delivering the course so far and in adjusting to best suit the needs of me as a student. I feel confident i am in the hands of a knowledgeable and compassionate guide and look forward to the rest of the journey .... without expectations of course

I was referred to Nathalie by my doctor. He recommended I learn deep meditation to reduce stress and a slightly elevated blood pressure. I had no experience in meditating apart from a few yoga classes years ago. I found Nathalie's hours flexible, meeting me when my schedule allowed. Natalie explained how Deep Meditation works using diagrams, discussions, and then began the process of teaching me how to meditate. My blood pressure lowered immediately, a couple of weeks later I tested and it was normal, and remains lower as I practice deep meditation twice-daily now. My sleep is better too which contributes to much more calm attitude. I would be honored to be invited to any of Nathalie's retreats or group sessions in the future to experience and learn more. I highly recommend Nathalie, especially if you are like me and have no experience at Deep Meditation but want the many benefits. Natalie has given me the knowledge and confidence to meditate deeply on my own and to continue my practice on a daily basis. I am pretty sure there's a lot more to it but Natalie has given me what I need to know for now. Her teaching style suits me as I don't feel overwhelmed or lacking , have just the right amount of information to begin.
I first met Nathalie as she led my Hatha yoga class. Nathalie always communicated throughout her classes with genuine, welcoming tones, and clearly guided all participants. I felt her presence and took in what to me seemed like individual direction. I later learned that Nathalie taught a course in Deep Meditation. She described learning the practice as atural and effortless\. I thought that if, as in her Hatha sessions, she would employ gentle everyday words and explanations then, I could follow her and take positive steps on the path to a strong, lasting meditation practice. My initial feelings proved to be correct. Nathalie's warm, natural and gentle communication style furthered my confidence in her instruction. She was connected, present and was a very attentive listener and observer. She used probing questions to confirm that I had the right understanding of how to proceed. She clarified the technique where I had strayed. Nathalie also offered valuable approaches to my perceived roadblocks. As I am still new to the practice of Deep Meditation, I will have follow-up sessions to confirm that I have fully understood the technique. We will meet several times over the next year to reaffirm my commitment and to encourage continuity in my practice. Several times over many years, I have taken long, intensive meditation courses only to have practice slowly taper off and come to an end. I am truly grateful to Nathalie for giving me the tools and guiding me in the technique. She has given me the confidence that I can make my practice meaningful and continuous.
