Couldn't be happier with our new mattress it is exactly what we were looking for and the price was right. We experienced great customer service from the owner Bob, who was very pleasant, and knowledgeable, we felt no pressure to buy. The delivery was carried out by 2 young men who were professional, prompt and efficient. We would definitely buy from Mr Mattress again.

Great experience! I waited way too long for a new mattress. Mine was in decent shape technically, but it was old. Mr. Mattress is a Vancouver gem! It is locally owned and operated, they supply their mattresses locally too! They're made in Surrey! They aren't kidding about the zero sales pressure. Bob gave me tons of time to try out a few different ones and never tried to upsell me. I actually went with the middle price one and I'm so excited. Plus they delivered and picked up my old mattress (for a nominal fee). Also they let you know how to get rid of your own mattress and how much it costs if you don't want them to do it. Would recommend. I'm so excited for my new mattress!
From first contact at the door during the pandemic to end of delivery everything was fantastic. We were buying two mattresses. one for myself and one for my teenage daughter and the consideration, information, guidance and cautions were delivered honestly and wiih lots of space for us to confer in private. The wait time was minimal and the delivery was professional, kind, considerate and quick. No wonder that Mr. Mattress has such a stellar reputation and I sleep better knowing that I was well treated and am on the perfect mattress.
I highly recommend Mr.Mattress. We are seniors, new in town and needed a new box spring. The staff were patient and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to meet our needs. I love that these mattresses are made locally. They're high quality, and your dollars are actually paying for that quality and local manufacturing. You're not paying for the marketing machinery of an international brand. The folks at Mr. Mattress were very helpful and friendly. They were even able to accommodate my request for same day delivery (I live pretty close to the store). We've had the new set for about three weeks and so far so good. Very happy with my experience at Mr. Mattress. I recommend them and will be a returning customer.
