Amazing Customer Service all round. The manager was very flexible when it came to an issue I was having. My sales rep Malena was extremely friendly and qualified when it came to measuring my suit. I also really enjoy the rewards system they have. Will definitely come back to shop again

My fiancé and I went to Moores searching for suits for our wedding next year. We have very little knowledge in suits/tuxes so we were very nervous initially going in. But wow were we ever pleasantly surprised!! The senior sales manager Jack was absolutely AMAZING. He has a great whit and humor about him that made us (young people) feel comfortable and not too far out of our comfort zone. Ive definitely walked into suit stores before and not felt like i “belonged there”, so it was nice to feel respected and treated well. Not only that but he has such extensive knowledge that helped us decide on 2 custom suits for myself, my father and fiancés father, and all 8 of our groomsmen. In this covid world, Jack helped us so much with staggering appointments all while respecting covid protocols and making us feel safe. Jack thank you for all the help you have given us so far, and continue to give us throughout our wedding planning process! Moores has amazing deals for custom suits & for big groups like ours. We will 100% be recommending Moores to all of our family and friends future suits needs!
Excellent service
This is the best experience I’ve ever had buying clothing in my life. I had no idea that the way you dress could change your perception of yourself. The staff here were super patient with me. Their attention to detail is incredible. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know that wants to look sharp. Ask for Jack!
