These women are amazing, love, love, love!!! Before my daughter's breast reduction this was the only shop in all of Vancouver that had what she needed and it was a perfect fit and comfortable. After the reduction it was the same story. She was re-fitted and got a beautiful bra that is a perfect fit and oh so comfortable. It's also extremely pretty and did not break the bank by any means! I am thrilled with the service she got and therefore this will now be our go to for all sorts of wonderful items. Thank you, Monaliza, for being so kind, courteous and fabulous!!

I visited this location for the first time today. They had some interesting items in the window and I went in to see if they had anything in my size, 24 - 26. Happy to find out that they did and the young woman came out with several options..I chose two that I liked and went to the till. I asked about return policy they said in store credit only. The hard sell continued, do I want detergent, underwear what about a bra...The said they had the ability to properly fit a bra. So I gave it a try. I found one that had lift but it rolled a little under the breast so I questioned this. They thought it was a good fit. So I gave it a go. My mistake if you know how to fit your own bra and can argue with them when they tell you something fits when it doesn't then this is the place for you. Never the less I wore it out of the store and after a few hours of trying multiple adjustments I returned to the store and wanted to return the bra for an in store credit and purchase one that fit. Only to learn that that option was not available for bra's. They said it was stretched and could not be sold. I told them it was not stretched as it was riding up and it was rolling and that was what they were seeing. The offered an extension...for a bra that was too large. I spent over 200.00 there today and it will be the last time I ever shop there. To bad because they have some lovely things. But to me a good return policy and customer satisfaction is paramount. On the other hand if you are a good shopper who can count on your own judgement as to fit and comfort and will not likely return anything, then this is the place for you.
