Was visiting the city and wanted to take the bike out to tour Stanley Park. Signed up over the app for the \Day Plan\ for 7.50 / Day. Took the bike out for 2.5 hours or so and returned it after that. Got a bill the next day for 34!! I called support and they told me it was for 30 minute increments and if I went over there was a charge for the additional minutes. The \Day Pass\ is VERY MISLEADING. Since I did this on my mobile phone, the text and the way information is presented is not as straightforward. They CSR would not do anything for me. Would not help me on my bill or anything. I could had rented a car for this price. Great city, but this experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Being \green\ does cost a hell lot of money. I later found out I can rent a bike for 8 a day a few blocks away - if only I had know. Terrible Customer service. Don't expect any sympathy on the other end of the line.
