I called ahead of time and made an appointment and they honoured my time. I asked for a quote on the phone and he was as detailed as he could be and provided a range as best he could without seeing my car first. After they looked at my car they told me what needed to be done and i didn't understand what needed to be done so the gentleman who works the front desk pulled pictures up on the Internet and spent time explaining it to me. I was charged what they quoted in person. I had to have my car picked up by a certain time and they honoured that time period as well. As far as the man who was working the desk, wish I remembered his name but it was Feb 11th, some people just have the ability to work with the public and that is this guy. He was kind, accommodating, and very clear. I ask a lot if questions to make sure I understand what I am spending my money on. He made me feel like it was his pleasure to help and not that I was bugging him or putting him out. Very nice person. Thank you

Great quick service. I took my car in with a weird rattle and they found and fixed the problem promptly. Also topped my tires up with air. Had my car back a few hours after I dropped it off.

Nice place! Great people! I needed to replace rear brakes and rotors on Mercedes. Job was done with in good time and price. Peter has a perfect customer skills and mechanics are very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend this shop and - I'LL BE BACK!
