I requested custom orders to her and she gladly accepted it. Although what I requested was a pair of drinking mugs which were unusual works to her. She made me beautiful pieces but a bit of flaw found so kindly she rushed to remake them . Her customer service was amazing. Before I ordered, I was feeling she was a nice person but now I like her even more. She is caring, truly professional and responsible. I believe this is why her works are so beautiful.
