I have been living here for like a year and I think it is so great for me to live here. It is so convenient to go to Robson st and any other popular places. Personally the most important thing is the management officers are so kind and responsive to any requests. And I can feel they try to manage all facilities and amenities with good condition. I'm pretty sure living here helps me to get used to Vancouver.

I came to Vancouver 4 years ago for work. When I arrived I was living in a hotel while I tried to find a place to live. Apartments went fast, and I ended up taking an apartment at Metropolitan Towers not really knowing if I had made the right choice. Now, after living here for 4 years, I can't imagine living in a better location or a better building. The location is superb. Work was a 2 block walk, and almost everything else I needed I could find within a 1 block radius. The building is safe, clean, and very well maintained. In four years I only needed to contact the building for service twice, and both times they arrived immediately and fixed the problem promptly. (Very minor things on both accounts.) The gym is the best I've seen in any building, and was just recently upgraded and improved. The staff is always friendly and helpful. So, after four years I have to say goodbye to an amazing city and an amazing home. Thank you Metropolitan Towers for making my stay here so enjoyable. I can only hope my next home is as nice as it was here. I would highly recommend Metropolitan Towers to anyone looking to live in downtown Vancouver.
Management was very helpful and explained how everything worked in detail, security is super friendly and helpful too! The staff of this building is great!
I've been living at Metropolitan Towers since 2013, in that time I've experienced some of the best customer service and responsiveness from the building management team. the units are large and my unit (corner unit) has lots of lighting and honestly I've had almost no issues whatsoever in almost a decade. Whenever there was a problem the management team was able to deal with it in less than 24 hours. I'm moving shortly and it's only because I have to work an hour away now. Otherwise short of owning, this is one of the best buildings to rent in downtown Vancouver. I'll sure miss Ivanka and everyone else at the management office, leasing office, and building maintenance.
I’ve lived here for over two years. Excellent location: within 7 min walk of everything: Orpheum and QE theaters, pacific centre, Robson street and the YMCA. It is a clean building, cleaning staff are visible, hallways were renovated, I have not had any pests. The security desk will accept your packages for you. Hard wood floors; windows are floor to ceiling with a view. Parkade is secure, has big parking spots, and is cleaned regularly (guest parking and your spot is a separate payment) Pet friendly. We have a gym and a private theatre. Cost is steep, it is a luxury condo. The noise is from the street, we are close to a fire station and Granville summer nights shenanigans. You get used to the noise. Overall I feel secured and clean here and I enjoy the views and location. Pictures are from my condo.
