The vegetables are fresh, the chicken is rich, and the hot sauce has a tangy kick to it. The side dishes are a bit one dimensional, but it's the best donair and shawarma in Kitsilano, hands down.

Mac Falafel is a small eatery beside Noodle Box. I think people pass by this joint thinking it's a hole in a wall. They usually go straight to Romer's or Noodle Box or the Japanese restaurant on the right. But this unassuming eatery serves amazing Mediterranean food to anyone who gives it a shot. They even have a TV and upscale looking tables and chairs that you won't feel like you're in an eatery.

Great family run restaurant! The food always tastes amazing and the people are just as amazing! Super affordable prices for the portion sizes. The chicken shawarma is my favourite!

Love this place for lunch. Food is very tasty and a very good value for the quantity. I highly recommend the shwarma platter!

Used to be fantastic food with great prices, but quality has gone down and price has skyrocketed in the last 2 years. Still good food overall, but there are much better (and cheaper) options for shawarma in the city.

Nice family owned business, good chicken/falafels... but maybe a little expensive compared to similar middle-eastern fast food.

I regretted getting the lamb cuz it's super processed whereas the chicken looks much better. The talk show and commercials on the television were annoying and made it difficult to read. Just play some nice middle Eastern music, please!!

I only get the chicken Shawarma plate with house dressing and have never been disappointed. May seem bland to some but I appreciate the low sodium and freshness.
