I had the best bridal experience at Lovenote. I truly cannot gush enough about how amazing this experience was. Firstly, I had the best time with Alix and Gaby. They were so thoughtful, helpful, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. They made what can be an overwhelming experience so enjoyable. Without a doubt these girls will help you find the perfect dress. All the dresses are all so stunning and very well crafted, after trying on many dresses at other shops, it was so evident that the quality of the fabrics used at Lovenote is so superior, they are SO comfortable. They always took the time to fit me properly in the sample sizes. I was so impressed with how well they could pin the sample dresses to fit me and give me the best idea of how it would look in my size. Also, the shop itself is just so cute, and has the BEST lighting. I love supporting a women run business that makes dresses locally here in Vancouver. Thanks Lovenote for making me the dress of my dreams!

Truvelle was amazing from the start. I saw their dresses while grad dress shopping for my sister a couple years ago and knew then I wanted to wear a Truvelle gown on my wedding day. However, as a plus size woman, I wasn't sure if they made dresses in my size. I reached out to them and they were more then happy to make a gown for me and in the end it turned out perfect!! I was able to customize my gown to make it exactly what I wanted during my appointment at their flagship store. They had speedy communication and were very clear about all costs associated with customization costs and rush fees. We planned our wedding with a tight deadline and the Truvelle team was great about accommodating my deadline for making the gown and leaving adequate time for alterations. The alterations team was exceptional as well, they were able to make all necessary alterations and were very helpful. Through out the whole process I felt very supported and in the loop. In the end my dress was perfect. Not only did it look beautiful, but it also felt great on and made me feel beautiful! I highly recommend Truvelle gowns and their entire Vancouver team!!
Dealing with Lovenote was a lovely experience from the start. The flagship store is absolutely beautiful and there are multiple gorgeous dresses to choose from. I had a great experience with Alix. She was very helpful in-store and responsive through e-mail to any questions that I had. I love that my dress was designed and made in Vancouver. When I picked up my dress, there was a tag that said the name of the person who made the dress. This was such a great personal touch. I would recommend Lovenote and cannot wait to wear my dress!
What a great boutique to score your dream wedding dress!! Laura was absolutely amazing - really brought the whole experience to life! Very helpful with out being pushy. Felt 100% safe around new COVID regulations and noted that they steam every dress after a future bride tests one out. Beyond happy with my experience and of course said yes to the dress!
Alix and Meredith at Truvelle were fantastic! The moment I stepped into Truvelle I fell in love with their representatives, dresses and store front. I was so happy to find out that I could customize their dress options by adding pretty details from multiple dresses into one perfect gown. I was indecisive and wanted to make sure every detail of the dress was exactly right - both Meredith and Alix helped me during multiple appointments and were SO kind and genuine. I really felt like they were invested in my wedding day and ensuring that I was happy with my choice. Since my dress was custom I was unable to try on the exact dress prior to purchasing, both girls helped make me a mock up of my dress so I could envision it as much as possible which helped! The dress arrived more beautiful than I ever could have imagined and I truly felt like a beautiful bride thanks to them both. I would highly recommend this brand to any bride and a bonus - the dresses are made IN Vancouver which is super awesome.
