The stupid machine broke and the stupid man working there issues me a ticket with the wrong date, and now I have to pay 4 times the cost I should have been charged. Their phone is always busy and no one will answer your call. Men on duty is rude and would not help you in anyway to solve your issue or correct their mistake. Update: their phone line is always busy and they just ask you to leave a message straightforward. Their online chat is useless and will not help you to solve the problem. Their email response took long time for any reply. And at the end, they will only pay you back the overcharge. So the company pay no price, suffer nothing for the mistake they made. Customer is the one that need to pay for the service, suck up with their attitude and pay for their mistake. What an “excellent” service. For future customers, use at your own risk as you will be the only one paying for anything.
The worst place to park downtown. They advertise a flat rate to park all day on weekends that is 10, then they charge 13.75 when you leave. This company is owned by the city of Vancouver, which is more disappointing. The city of Vancouver is continuing to screw drivers downtown by reducing available parking, closing streets, restricting turns and another annoyances. Avoid this place and do not give the city of Vancouver any of your money. A long time ago this used to be a good value to park downtown when it was 4 to park all day on weekends. Then they increased to 6, 7.50, and 10. Enough is enough. Now the worst place to park. Avoid this place.
Don't use their new credit card system. I went in Saturday at 3 PM, Left at 5PM. They charged me 32 for 2 hours. Went to the booth, they blamed me for not using the Booth. Tried online help, they weren't helpful at all. A lot of work for a bad system to get a refund.
