Anna in photo finishing is really nice and helped me a lot. She took time to call me after fixing a certain issue with my files. The store is also really nice and the cashiers are nice. Easy to find parking and located next to other convenient stores. They should try to carry organic essential oils for topical use and more brand variety and not just the ones they have right now which are just for diffusers.
I give it three stars because AMIR in electronics WAS AWESOME beyond helpful beyond sweet tried to do everything her could to help! the package they offered wasn’t there, so Amir tried to give me a discount because usually stores honour Albertans not paying the PST and because of the other lens I wouldn’t get. The reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because Kevin the manager one was an idiotic, dismissive and should NOT be in sales for the way he treats customers. Kevin clearly works there out of desperation and not because he likes to work in customer service.
Wow, really bad service AGAIN at this location from 2 staff - one guy I asked for directions to an item and got waved and muttered at, hard to understand what he said (not that he cared).. Then when I went to pay (today 230 pm) at cash male staff \T\ didn't respond to my hello, glared at me during the transaction and looked as though he'd rather be anywhere else.. this seems to be a trend at this location compared to the great service at other places - they have 10% of the customers right now with COVID but act as though you are inconveniencing them. Thanks for still working, but please have a minimum of polite service. Terrible
I shop at this location a lot. The Pharmacy is amazing, so good to their customers. Before Covid-19, I was there at least once a week. They have pretty much everything that I need.
