Okay this pizza was wicked good. My wife picked up a margarita pizza from the food truck at King Edward station, they told her they were there every Thursday. The dough was really good, thin and floppy and nice and chewy crust. Classic Neapolitan style! The sauce was light and full of flavour. You might be seeing us every Thursday :)

I had two amazingly delicious dinner pizzas due to locating this lil ‘ gem of a food truck (and I am a pig) with some really decent pizzas creations they pump out of there Wood Fired Oven on Wheels.....STOP \u200d️I am not messing around here, these pizza works of art will be hard to get very soon!!!
