We would highly recommend Level One Construction. Alex, Randy, Levi, Cara and the whole team are great. We renovated the top two floors of our home and they managed the project very well. They accommodated a long list of items we wanted to update or fix and were very good at providing upfront costing, timelines and managing any changes. Very open communication. Very good at responding to all our questions. Very high quality of work. Great at accommodating big items, small items and everything in between. We love the result and would definitely recommend them for any home renovation project.

Our family did the first renovation in Vancouver for a 37 years old townhouse after we moved into this city. I would highly recommend Level One to whom need a worry free renovation experience. I am glad Level One can complete the project on time and within budget during this difficult period of COVID19 in February to May Among the contractors we interviewed, Level One gave us an impression they are professional, listen from their client and passionate to help the customer turn their home to their need. In the first meeting, we met the owner Randy and Operation Manager Alex D, they were patient to listen from our wish list and recommended a talented interior designer Cara of Triple Dot to work for our project. Cara and Alex are great partner to provide suggestions for alternative to our family during planning and designing. Another key person is Dominick, he is site in-charge of our project, he is a friendly, patient, easy communication, polite and skillful person, it is not only our feeling and my neighbor mentioned to me he is friendly, say \Hello\ to them every time when they met. Dominick and Alex were responded to our messages of our questions regarding our project promptly even it was on weekend. With the leadership of Alex D and Dominick, they formed a great team to work in our project including Ethan, Landon, Levi, Lucas, Jessie, Dan, and Will. All of them are skillful and hardworking to perform their talent in their role plus some of them were even working on weekend to meet deadline for city inspection, really appreciated and they are awesome.
We were fortunate enough to sell a gorgeous townhome that had been carefully renovated by Level One Construction. This was without a doubt my favourite renovation I've seen simply due to the level of craftsmanship which is absolutely rare to find these days. From the moment you enter, the quality finishing and attention to detail is immediately noticeable and makes you feel right at home. During each showing, the feedback was the same from the many visitors who came out just to see this place in person. Everyone commented on the stunning chef's kitchen with fabulous built-ins making great use of the space, even including pull-out pet bowls under the custom cabinetry. This home was a joy to visit and sell, and the superb renovation made our job that much easier. I would highly recommend Level One Construction and I greatly look forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks for everything!
