I am glad that Canada got better and realised the previous mistakes/bad karma done by ancestors. History and names of all those people who lost their life has carved on the sheet of steel. Worth a visit when you have time in downtown Vancouver BC.

well done ! was long overdue
This is an extremely moving memorial and a very elegant way for Canada to remember an incident that continues to be controversial more than a century after it took place. Take the time to read the story about the incident at the site of the memorial. I won't spoil the experience. I fell upon the memorial quite by chance as many who are hiking along Seawall Water Walk do.

A beautiful memorial site for those who sacrificed their lives to open the immigration doors for new Canadians. Many names and memories to be discovered here. A very important site to visit for all new Canadian immigrants and Sikhs from all over Canada.
There was a homeless person living beside with tent house. I thought it was some historical thing and i tried to open the tent and the moment become hilarious.
