We started our design consultation with Kerr in April 2019 and experienced a thorough interior design process that set us up for construction starting in January 2020. We are so grateful for the Kerr team and their commitment to our project. We were down to the studs in our kitchen and 2 of our 3 bathrooms when the pandemic hit. We needed to pivot on a few items and Kerr handled the details smoothly. We are very happy we decided to go with Kerr and their full design and project management services. I am a designer and felt my input was well integrated into the final design. Frankly, I was stumped with how to remodel our kitchen and the design team proposed an out of the box concept that we just plain love! Thank you Jim and the whole Kerr team for your full service and attention during a particularly complicated period of construction. Can't wait to have our Celebration brunch!

Kerr Construction worked with us to design our dream home. Upon completion our home won an award for best design!!! We enjoyed working with the Kerr team who were very helpful, creative and professional and we highly recommend Kerr Construction.
Kerr Construction completely replaced our old conservatory, and we were very much impressed by their work from the first consultations to the completion of the job. They kept us well informed about the progress of the work, and about the costs, and throughout the project everyone from Kerr whom we encountered was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. In short, we are very glad that we had them to do the job, and we would certainly choose them again for any construction work that our home may require. And we would highly recommend them to others.
Please disregard the star rating as this is subjective. We are currently involved in litigation with Kerr Construction. We plan to prove in a court of law that this company failed us from the start to finish. I am talking about from design right through to the build...not one, but multiple people are involved here. I read these other reviews and find them hard to believe after what this company has put us through. We were sold a sack of gold and ended up getting a bag of used coal! The original plans submitted to the city were incorrect! The brand new master bath has to be demolished! Many things had to be redone 2 or 3 times...a 12' long piece of stair trim was glued/ screwed/ ripped out 5 times!!!!! I have worked out of my home for 20 years and was looking forward to having a nice new office to work out of...guess what...my home does not have an office!!! This experience can be best described as heart breaking...to be continued. ***Someone from this company may respond with: We are here for the long haul, we have won multiple awards...blah blah blah....but because I put this in before they can comment it will be...'We have no comment at this time!'
We don't normally take the time to write reviews. However after the amazing care and personal attention that Kerr Construction gave to us we thought it only right to let others know. The Kerr team came to our rescue at out estate home and helped us realize the final product. Everyone from the team on site to the team in the office were nothing but exemplary. Products were top notch and the work ethic equal to how I would have done it if it were me.Thank you again to the Kerr team. We wish you nothing but good wishes for 2020 and beyond.
