My daughter has attended Kees Vancouver for the past 4 years. She has thrived in this consistent dedicated learning environment. The instruction and care with the students is first rate. Kees Tae kwon do introduces key practices such as respect, dedication and leadership. Children see this modeled throughout their classes by all the instructors and leadership members. The environment is disciplined whilst maintaining a fun and inspirational experience for the students. Positive attitude and hard work are emphasized and encouraged. Instructor mentoring and striving for excellence are evident in all members of the team. Throughout the current covid 19. Kees made a quick transition to online classes to enabled students a continued practice. They now have limited in class instruction as well as online and are maintaining safe and consistent protocols for social distancing and sanitation.

Both of our kids started at Kee’s at an early age of 2/3 years old and have loved it ever since. They are now 6/7 years old and have learned so much from Master Cheng and all the amazing instructors there. They have learned so much, from discipline, respect and listening skills to valuable life lessons and of course, there is no doubt that they learn proper taekwondo forms. Kee’s has become a big part of our family and we are so grateful for Master Cheng and all the instructors.
Learned more on YouTube then this place
Both my kids have been taking Taekwondo at Kees Vancouver for some time and the benefits show in both behaviour and fitness level. Master Nick Cheng and his leadership team are very professional, consistent, and there are always enough instructors so everyone gets the attention they need. Happy to recommend Kees!
Come to this school if you want to buy belts and pretend. Belt rank tests here are a sham. It is a business-oriented dojo. 90% of the students in tests do not prepare and watching them perform is cringy and sad. \Black belts\ here are absolutely laughable. This place is a MCDOJO. Do not go to this place if you want: real and often sparring, authentic belt tests, practical techniques, or knowledge of general fighting. Come here if you want: to waste money, bs around for 20 minutes on Kata and forms, and pretend to have a \black belt\ which you earned in \u003c 3 years.
Master Nick is great with the kids Very good place Two thumbs up
