We've been following Kasama for a while now. They create some of the most distinct tasting chocolate bars out there, so much so that I once sent my girlfriend here on a blind tasting test for a scavenger hunt, and she guessed the right bar. The whole team is great, personable, and it's just a blast talking to them about cacao. No gimmicks, just nerdy passion.

Kasama has expanded what I thought chocolate could be. It's the best chocolate I've ever had. The artistry and uniqueness in every bar shows how much love and respect is put into their craft. The art, poetry, unique beans from around the world and fascinating collaborations with local artisans creates an incredible product. If you like chocolate, I recommend you treat yourself to something truly special.

Definitely our favourite chocolate in Vancouver. And now we can just head down to Granville Island to restock our supply. Also, the guys at Kasama are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their passion for chocolate really shows in the product.

We visited in early January while at Granville Island and are glad we stopped by. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to share their love of chocolate making. The bars they offer are high quality and full of flavor. They have a great selection of classic darks but also offer a variety of fun special editions infused with different local flavors and ingredients. It's a very cute and welcoming store; we suggest grabbing a bar and going for a stroll on the nearby boardwalk!

Chocolate is great but then you haven't tried the mind blowing chocolate at Kasama! Their award winning raspberry white chocolate bar will amaze you in colour and taste. Their dark chocolate bars (also award winning) are full of flavour, their hot chocolates will warm you right up and all of this from the greatest bunch of passionate guys who have done it all from bean to bar right there on Granville Island. YOU MUST CHECK OUT KASAMA CHCOLATE! You will not regret it!

Wonderful brand new hidden gem located on Granville Island. Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the chocolate making process. The products themselves are diverse and delicious with many wonderful ingredient combinations you may never have thought went together in chocolate. Even the wrapping is art. Highly recommend for both personal consumption or as gifts.

Almost made some fresh chocolate myself as I was paying, but I still went for it. Definitely worth it! Very delicious chocolate and unexpected little workshop tucked away in Granville Island. Its always great to buy local, but its even better when it's the best. The whiskey barrel aged chocolate actually has a very distinct whiskey taste and still balanced with the delicious cocao. The black berry white chocolate was unexpectedly bursting with berry flavour and purple in colour. I dont doubt the '20 berries in each bar' claim anymore

Love this place and love the chocolate. The product is really exceptional and the flavours are amazing. Also there's such a genuine, passionate vibe. This is the kind of small business people talk about when they say they Support Local.
