Very poor experience after my son couldn't assist to classes. We previously discussed this situation and they where fine about it. But after we tried making up some classes they acted opposite way and declined helping us to solve this simple situation. Just a money grab. I really wanted to take him to this classes and didn't care so much about the money back. Unfortunately they will say that they understand all your frustration and they feel you, but those are just words that mean nothing to them. What a way to do business. Congratulations

My 3 year old is normally shy to try new things but absolutely loved this place and the staff from day 1. We commune 30mins for this place I would recommend for sure. Great comfortable waiting room for the parents too, starbucks across the street, grab a coffee and relax for 45mins.

We have been taking our daughter to Jump since June 2019 and have a really great experience dealing with the staff particularly Lexy and Wesley. They have been very helpful and accommodating with our daughter. We would highly recommend this place to other parents as well.

I really enjoy this space, the staff are kind and the coach we have, coach Darsh, was super patient and creative. My 3 year old was not used to playing in / following as a part of a group and coach Darsh made sure to work around his needs, while still including him in the group with gentle prompts. Robbie, the manager was also a pleasure to work with. They are very accommodating. It's very clean, colorful and healthy environment for kids and their people. Highly reccomend. Will be going back!
