Jet Pet OV has been so helpful for our pup. Leo comes home from daycare happy and tired. We always look forward to seeing the pictures and videos of him that the team shares on social media. The team is very professional. When we had questions they were so helpful and personable. We haven’t needed boarding yet but when the time comes this will be where our pup goes. A big thank you to the entire team there. Also their social media captions are hilarious.

I brought my two dogs into Jet Pet for boarding as I had a business trip and the staff there took such good care of them and treated like it was their own pets. They go above and beyond to make sure your dogs are well cared for while you are away. They provided updates to me to make sure both were doing well. Couldn’t be happier with their level of professionalism and client service. Highly recommend them to anyone considering day care or boarding for their pets.
Our Charlie Sheen loved his time at Jet Pet and we loved that he was so well taken care of. He had a great time and we enjoyed seeing the daily photos of him posted on Facebook. Charlie Sheen will definitely be returning for another stay at Jet Pet. Highly recommend Jet Pet.
My puppy seems to have a great time at Jet Pet’s daycare and comes home happy and tired. They engage well with pet owners and are open to talking through queries and concerns. Great engagement through social media and it’s always nice to see my pup’s happy little face pop up on their Instagram stories. Flexible hours, reasonable pricing and lovely, friendly staff. The only small downside is that sometimes pup can come home a bit smelly because it’s an indoor facility with lots of other dogs. If that’s something that’s a potential dealbreaker for you, they actually have an in-house salon where you can book in your fur baby for a wash and blow at the end of their play session!
We have a 6 month old puppy, Kobi and we were pretty nervous about leaving him in a daycare for 3 nights. We called everyday to check on Kobi and every time we spoke to someone, they were all very friendly and kept us well informed on how he was doing. Also, they sent us a few photos of Kobi with other dogs on Instagram and that made us feel relieved and happy. It is our first time using this facility and we would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you so much for taking care of our puppy while we were away!
