This is my favourite little food court that is simple and quick. It has quite the selection from Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Korean, etc. My go-to mostly is Pho Express. Portions are great and filling, and under 10! Unfortunately due to COVID, it has been a ghost town in the food court. I try to support as much as I can.

Great turkey sandwich at the sandwich place there. Good soup too!
Great place for a cheap lunch during the week. Decent selection and prices. Just don't get the pho from the Vietnamese place, but their other rice or noodle dishes are good for the price. Its not top notch food but they are all good value.
Best value for your money downtown. Pretty much the only place besides McDonald's you can still get lunch for 10 these days. The Vietnamese food stall is probably the best value portion wise.
No one really there. One shop open for business.
