I really liked how helpful the staff there were to me I went across the street to another print place they were very rude to me and they couldn't help me with the printing of my pictures I needed to give to my insurance company these people are very nice I will definitely come back and do business with them again I like to thank them for helping me I had such a hard time last 2-3 months and dinner Place may be stressed out these people took my stress away by helping me thank you

I am a long-time customer of InPrint. They are very service oriented, looking after my finicky printing requirements kindly and correctly. Great quality. Good prices. I take all my client printing needs here too.
This is my first negative review, but only because I want to warn people not to use this service. ️ I had pretty bad experience with the shop. My company needed some labels to get printed for our client. Files were prepared in details by a professional print designer, and included die-cut edges. First, I was trying to get a quote from them by email. After sending them all the artworks to get an estimate (upon their request), and waiting for a few days for their reply, I received an email about this job being ready to pick up. Even though I never received neither estimate for approval nor the print proof. Second, after agreeing for the price post-factum, I tried to pick up my order. I was told that they are open Mon-Sat, and arrived according to their schedule. Imagine my surprise when I saw the location vacant, and nobody in there. I called them, and was told to whether arrive later this day because nobody was there, or the next day, to a different address (which was never mentioned anywhere). Lastly, when I arrived next day to pick up the job, I saw my artwork printed without die-cut edges! I was told that it's up to me whether to pick it up or not. I didn't receive any apologies for ruined result. Our project timeline is getting tight, so I had no choice but picking it up, pay for the job, and deal with what I have. People there are rude, and It doesn't seem like they care about the customer experience or results at all. They definitely lost another corporate client.
Horrible that they don't even deserve a star.. Very dishonest man; the only reason I paid for the print was only because it's God's words. I hope God bless you and your business.
