I felt phenomenal customer service today. shop was really clean..because I have dust allergy when I visit to cloth shop sneeze at all but today it was okay...I believe the owner focus on disinfection. definitely lab coat quality is overwhelming.... I am going to back again soon. Thank you Sir stay safe!!

If I could give NO STAR, I would. Inconsiderate exchange and return policy. The owner refused to exchange or offer a store credit despite knowing I needed a larger size. I was even willing to pay more in exchange for another merchandise. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this store to others. Go to Scrub Depot! They genuinely care for their customers. *Update* With all due respect, I don’t see your logic. You could have gained with the exchange for a regular price item and retained a happy customer. At the end of the day, customers make the business. If you care and value your buyers, customer satisfaction should be your top priority.
I've never been here before and I had a great experience. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to show me all the new stuff but also showed me the discount rack. I was getting tired of having to drive a ways to get new scrubs, and ordering online is a gamble sometimes. I will definitely come here again for all my scrub needs.
