I never write bad reviews but Holi Masala's customer service seriously needs work. I wanted to try their food for a long time because I've heard good things. I've contacted them through Instagram to ensure they are at the location they post. However, after confirming the location and date with them, they are a no show on the day of. This didn't happen just once but multiple times. Disappointing. Today I see that they made a post on their Instagram story saying that they are at Oakridge and I quote \Find us at Oakridge\. I call in and make an order. I walk over during my lunch break and find that there is no truck there. I give them a call to see if they are parked elsewhere. They proceed to inform me that they are there tomorrow. I explained to them that the post on is very misleading. As a solution they offer to drop off my order at my place of work then they suddenly change their mind and ask \Can you not drive here?\ I was so upset. I have work and I spent time to walk out to find you at Oakridge then you ask if I can drive there? My lunch time is OVER. Please explain to me where I can find the time to drive there. Overall really displeased with this business. I would seriously think twice maybe even three times when thinking of trying this place. They don't know how to take care of their customers. Thank you for wasting my time.

Received a note from our neighbours this was going to be in our area so we thought we would check it out for lunch. Lots of choices for all types of diets and had a hard time deciding what to get because everything sounded so good. I decided on the masala fries and butter chicken bowl. WOW! The fries were really good and flavorful but the mango aioli was the real star of the show! So good I never want to eat regular fries again. The butter chicken bowl was also really good and came with lots of chunks of chicken, very flavourful. My coworker got the samosa explosion which was also really amazing. The service was fast and friendly. Can’t wait for this truck to come back to our area! Definitely a must try!!!

Just tried this truck at the street food festival. The Chana Masala is labelled vegan so I ordered it only to find paneer in it. Apparently, despite no indication of this on the board, only the bowl is vegan, the combo is not. I also ordered the vegetable pakora only to find a black hair in it. (I have pink hair so it was certainly not mine.) Additionally, the \salad\ that came with both dishes was just chopped up romaine, cabbage, and kale with absolutely nothing else, no dressing. Very, very dissapointed.

Food is good. Slightly away from Indian cuisine as they had to adapt to Canadian taste buds. But still good.
