Good service, friendly staff. Got a good mattress for an ok price. Would have gotten 5 stars if I didn't have to drive to their outlet store (in Richmond) to pick it up. Outlet store was fast and organised and helped load and secure it so it was a breeze to go there. I found what I was looking for and even sleep country didn't have it. I did not feel out of place in this store at all, and plenty of parking in the rear. Would recommend!
Purchased a bed frame today. Alice was exceptional, not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, she gave her professional opinion from a customer’s perspective. She made the entire experience very smooth and easy. Would definitely come here from now on!
Lovely staff but the sofa I brought barely lasted two years before the springs gave in, they refused my review on the website too. I would recommend checking the warranty before buying as I didn't and a good example of judging the quality! Sofa: Spacesaver sectional sofa bed (reversible chaise)
Great experience with Alice, accommodating and arranged a fast/efficient delivery. Very high quality bed frame at a very affordable price. I wouldn't buy a bed frame anywhere else.
