Very convenient as open 24hrs and pretty decent when you're craving fried chicken. Not the best but acceptable.

Super Dry chicken. Hard dry crust. Chicken under skin also extremely dry. Maybe more healthy than other fried chicken based on their product info but lacks the taste. Staff also took cash and didn't sanitize or wash hands then handled food. Was looking forward to this place but unfortunately bad experience. Maybe because I went at 1am? But would still expect 24h place to serve good food 24h a day.
I usually never leave reviews, but today I had to. One of the best customer experiences by far. Raman helped me out today, she answered all of the questions I had and was very kind. When I was leaving she offered me bags and to throw out any unneccessary items I didn't need. Would definitely come back
Ordered a roasted (baked) BBQ chicken burger the other day and the restaurant sent me complimentary baked chicken piece along with my fried BBQ burger as they were out of the roasted BBQ burger that I ordered. Was really impressed by their action. The chicken in their burgers are really juicy unlike most other burger joints. And the portions are a good size too. Will come back for more soon. Do try out their Spicy fried chicken burger. That’s my personal favourite.
Lackluster experience, was quite disappointed. The only good thing was friendly staff, and dine in is open. If you see the 5 star reviews, it's mostly given by people who have only 1 review (which is for this restaurant). Hmm. The fried chicken was dry, not juicy. Soft, not at all crispy and was lukewarm. Asked for spicy, and it was completely bland. Two customers after me had the exact same experience, and probably the dozen or so delivery orders that happened when I was there. I was there for more than 30 mins and I didn't see or hear the sound of anything being fried, which was strange. It seems they batch cook a big bunch and then just keep it heated. Unlike Church's or KFC where the frying is on continuously. The quantity is also quite low for the poppers and other dishes, considering the price. With a strong competitor like Win Win literally right across the street, this chain needs to get their act together. The food cost 20 which is quite on the pricey side. House hot sauce was good but the honey mustard was too sweet. Washroom available but tables were not cleaned. Bill not given unless asked for. This place really makes me reconsider my decision to support a local Vancouver chain. All said and done, American franchises are the best when it comes to fried chicken - speed, quality, and quantity.
